D1EMS was established in 2009 with a business aspect of fast quality machining services. Our founder, Sunny S. Duong, is a second generation machinist with engineering background. At the age of 15, he started his journey into the world of manufacturing engineering. His knowledge includes blueprint reading, jig and fixturing, welding, metallurgy, electrical, application engineering, CAD/CAM design, CNC programming, prototyping, and complete set-up and operation of milling, turning, and grinding processes (Both manual and CNC). As of today, He has built a reputable and respectable machine shop.
One thing that he learned and implemented throughout his manufacturing career was Integrity. The work ethic of keeping your word and maintaining customer satisfaction is a key component to success.
We have a wide range of machining experience with material ranging from high-temp metals to plastics. We specialized in machining non-ferrous aluminum and titanium, steel and stainless steel, and high-temp Alloy (Inconel, Waspoloy, Hastelloy, Rene, Nimonic C263, Haynes 242, Monel and etc. Our team has been evolving in our machining methods and continuously improving each day.
